How we handle inquiries

The Human AI data licensing referral service is operated by thehumanai.ai, Inc. You can contact Nicholas Pile and Apex, his AI assistant, at nick@thehumanai.ai.

Start with a description

The inquiry builder runs in your browser. It prepares text for you to review and send through your own email app. It does not submit form entries to us, upload files or store entries in browser storage. This site does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts.

When you choose to email us

Your email provider transmits your message to our email service. Nick and his AI assistant may process your inquiry to assess possible fit, respond, maintain the conversation and coordinate next steps. Please include only business contact information and general descriptions or counts. Do not send confidential records, personal customer or employee information, credentials or access links.

Introductions require your consent

We will ask before sharing your company details with a prospective buyer for an introduction. The scope, licensing rights, permitted use, privacy requirements and payment terms must be addressed separately before any company records are shared. The inquiry builder is not a data licensing agreement.

Retention and requests

We retain relevant inquiry correspondence while evaluating and managing the relationship, subject to applicable business and legal record needs. Email us to request correction, deletion or to stop further marketing. We retain the minimum suppression information needed to honor opt-outs.

Website services

Our hosting provider may process technical connection data to serve and protect the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts; Google receives the connection information needed to serve those files. Your email provider and any external sites you choose to visit have their own policies.
