FOR THE BUSINESSES THAT DO THE WORK

You built the
know-how.
Explore its value.

Years of doing the work create something valuable: knowledge. Your company’s operational records may qualify for paid licensing to support AI development.

We help owners explore fit and navigate an introduction. You decide whether to take the next step.

A DIFFERENT WAY TO THINK ABOUT YOUR RECORDS

The work is done.
The knowledge stays.

A service history. A troubleshooting guide. A process refined over hundreds of jobs. These records can describe how real businesses solve real problems.

Some AI data programs evaluate this kind of company-owned material for licensing. An agreement can allow defined uses while the business retains ownership—depending on the terms you negotiate.

We’re starting with established trades, mechanical services and other businesses with documented operations. Fit depends on the records, your rights to license them and current buyer requirements.

WHAT MIGHT BE RELEVANT

Everyday records.
Potential new purpose.

Examples to discuss—not a request to upload anything. Select a category to explore.

Process documentation

Original operating procedures, internal training guides and quality checklists can explain the steps behind a repeatable result.

A useful first description: “We have about 80 internal procedures, maintained over five years.”

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE

Possession is not the same as licensing rights. Customer information, employee records, third-party content and restricted materials need a separate rights and privacy review. De-identification alone does not establish permission.

A CLEAR PATH, AT YOUR PACE

A conversation first.
A decision at every step.

The Human AI is an independent referral service. We help organize the first conversation; the buyer evaluates the data and offers any licensing terms.

01

Describe what exists

Tell us your industry, record types, approximate volume and years covered. No files, customer details or system access.

02

Explore a possible fit

We compare the description with program requirements and discuss a potential introduction with you.

03

Review the actual terms

You review the proposed scope, permitted use, privacy handling, payment and other conditions before deciding to proceed.

04

Proceed only if it fits

If you and a buyer reach an agreement, that contract governs preparation, delivery and payment. An inquiry creates no obligation to license.

ABOUT THE HUMAN AI

Built around people.
Grounded in real work.

We believe the businesses that create useful knowledge deserve a clear way to explore its potential.

This service is led by Nicholas Pile at thehumanai.ai, Inc., with research and email coordination supported by Apex, his AI assistant. Our role is to explain the next step, ask practical questions and help an interested owner explore a referral.

How we may earn: We may receive a referral fee if a qualifying deal closes, under the applicable referral agreement. We don’t charge for the initial introduction. We are not a data buyer, and no buyer offer or payment is guaranteed.

BEFORE YOU REACH OUT

Good questions.
Clear answers.

How much could my business earn?

We can’t quote a value in advance. Any offer depends on buyer demand, the type and quality of the material, licensing rights, review and agreed terms. Public payout ranges from other programs are not an offer to your business.

Are we selling the whole business or giving away ownership?

This service explores data licensing, not a business sale. A proposed license defines rights to use selected material. Ownership, exclusivity, future use and other restrictions must be checked in the actual contract.

Should I send a QuickBooks export or customer list?

No. Start only with descriptions and approximate counts. Don’t send personal information, confidential files, account credentials or access links. A buyer’s request to review data would require a separate scope, rights and privacy review.

Do you represent Handshake, Grepped or an AI lab?

No. The Human AI acts independently. We may explore referral programs, but we don’t speak for a buyer or promise acceptance. The applicable written terms and your consent must be in place before a referral proceeds.

How long does a deal take?

There is no reliable timeline to quote yet. Qualification, review and negotiation can take time, and some inquiries won’t result in an offer. Payment timing is determined by the signed agreement.
